7" Kids Scissors for Ages 8-12

These scissors are designed for children between 8 and 12 years old who need a reliable tool for school projects or craft activities. The 7 inch length suits developing hands and the pointed blades are finely ground for smooth, consistent cutting. Stainless steel construction provides durability and corrosion resistance. Sold as a single unit.

Suits young students; not for heavy materials

The soft, straight comfort grip reduces fatigue and offers more control during extended use, making it a good fit for classroom work and home crafts. Buyers who need scissors for cutting thick cardboard, fabric layers or other heavy materials should look at a different tool. The design is intended for light-duty stationery tasks only.

Stainless steel blades keep a sharp edge longer

Corrosion-resistant stainless steel blades deliver precise cuts and maintain sharpness over time, which is the specification that determines whether these scissors will last through a school year. The finely ground pointed blades support consistent performance on paper and card. No other specifications override this core feature.

Will the pointed stainless-steel blades stay sharp if I keep using older craft scissors alongside them?

The corrosion-resistant stainless steel blades keep a sharp edge longer, so they maintain precise cuts even when switched with older scissors during projects.

How can I tell the blades are cutting as intended after the first few uses?
