12-Tab Index Dividers

These Sparco index dividers provide twelve numbered tabs for organising documents in standard three-ring binders. The set includes a coordinated table-of-contents page that matches the tab numbers for quick reference. Mylar-reinforced edges and tabs resist tearing during frequent handling. Three-hole punched edges allow immediate insertion into any compatible binder.

Durability under repeated use

Mylar reinforcement on both the tab edges and the binder holes protects the dividers from wear when pages are turned or moved daily. The material withstands regular filing and retrieval without the tabs bending or the holes elongating. Compatibility with laser and inkjet printers means section titles can be printed directly onto the contents page without smudging or jamming. The dividers maintain their structure through continuous office cycles.

Binder and printer compatibility limits

The three-hole punch pattern fits only standard three-ring binders; other ring configurations will not align. The table-of-contents page is pre-printed for exactly twelve sections, so projects requiring more divisions need an additional set. Printer compatibility is limited to standard laser and inkjet devices; speciality or wide-format printers are not supported. Tab numbering is fixed from one to twelve and cannot be customised.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise do the 21903 dividers generate during all-day use?

The dividers are passive paper components with no moving parts, so they produce no heat and no audible noise regardless of how long they remain in a binder.

What binder or ring system must I already own for the 21903 dividers to work?

The dividers have three-hole punched edges designed for standard three-ring binders; any binder with matching ring spacing will accept them.

Will the 12-tab multicolor dividers fit alongside older divider sets I already keep in the same binder?

Yes, the 12 tabs follow standard three-ring spacing and Mylar-reinforced edges, so they sit flush with existing dividers without misalignment or binding.
