Straight-Cut End-Tab Folders

Sparco SP17255 folders are sold in boxes of 100 and designed for shelf filing in offices, legal practices and archives. The straight-cut tabs accept multiple labels for colour-coded indexing systems. Two-ply tab construction adds strength for frequent handling. Each folder provides space for labels on the front panel.

Two-Ply Tab and Label Space

The two-ply tab resists tearing when folders are pulled from shelves. Straight-cut tabs allow several labels to be placed side by side for detailed indexing. The front panel offers room for colour-coded labels to speed visual retrieval. The economical design supports high-volume filing without extra reinforcement accessories.

Check Shelf Dimensions and Label Needs

Verify that your shelving accepts end-tab folders of this style before ordering. Confirm that your indexing system uses straight-cut tabs rather than staggered or angled tabs. Ensure you have enough labels for the multi-label layout each folder supports. The box contains 100 folders with no dividers or fasteners included.

Questions about this item

Will the two-ply straight tabs on these SP17255 folders hold up if I handle the files every day?

The tabs are two-ply for extra strength, and the straight-cut design lets you add several labels without tearing the edge.

What is the first limit I will hit when I keep adding papers to a single folder?

The folder is a single-ply body with a two-ply tab, so the body will reach capacity and bulge before the tab fails.

Do these folders get warm or make noise when they sit on a shelf all day?

They are plain paper folders with no electronics, so they produce no heat and no noise in any environment.
