Legal-size fastener folder

The Sparco SP17265 is a legal-size fastener folder designed for shelf filing systems. Each folder uses 11 point stock for rigidity and includes a double-thick tab for extra strength. Two bonded fasteners in positions 1 and 3 secure documents inside the folder. Straight-cut tabs support colour-coded indexing for quick retrieval.

Offices managing active legal files

This box suits offices that regularly subdivide papers within a single legal folder using fasteners. The straight tabs work well with colour-coded labelling schemes. Organisations that prefer top-tab filing or need expanding pockets should look at alternative folder styles. Buyers who want more storage per folder will need a different product.

50 folders per box

A box contains 50 legal-size folders, providing a ready supply for high-volume filing tasks. The 11 point stock handles daily handling and frequent shelf access without tearing. Heavy archival loads or continuous bulk storage may exceed the material's comfortable capacity.

Questions about this item

Does the SP17265 folder work with standard legal-size hanging rails?

Yes, the legal-size format matches standard hanging rails used in filing cabinets and desk drawers.

Can I mix these 11 point folders with lighter-weight folders in the same drawer?

The 11 point stock is double-thick at the tab, so it sits slightly higher but aligns with standard legal folders.

How do I confirm the fasteners are holding papers securely?

Each folder has two bonded 2" fasteners at positions 1 and 3; papers clipped under both prongs stay flat and aligned.
