400W single server power supply with ATX12V/EPS12V compliance, 80 Plus Bronze efficiency, active PFC, and 100,000-hour MTBF
The Sparkle Power SPI400W7BB is a 400 W single unit built to the ATX12V and EPS12V standards for rack servers and workstations. It accepts a universal 90–264 V input at 47–63 Hz and fits a 2U form factor with 200x100x70 mm dimensions. The supply targets integrators who need a straightforward, non-redundant power source for standard server boards.
The +12 V rails each deliver 16 A while the +5 V and +3.3 V rails combine for a maximum of 140 W. Peak output reaches 400 W, so configurations drawing near that limit on the 12 V lines will leave little margin for additional drives or expansion cards. Systems with multiple high-draw GPUs or large drive arrays would exceed the available headroom.
An internal 12 V DC fan cools the unit across an operating range of 0–50 °C at up to 85 % humidity. Efficiency exceeds 85 % under typical loads, and active PFC meets EN61000-3-2 with input current of 6.3 A at 115 V or 3.0 A at 230 V. Hold-up time is at least 16 ms, and MTBF is rated at 100,000 hours at 25 °C full load.
