Industrial storage bags for bulk packing

These 12 by 15 inch clear zip bags come in a 200 count pack made from 2.0 mil virgin LDPE. They suit online sellers, food service operations and anyone organising apparel or dry goods. The food grade material is odourless and non toxic for direct contact with baked goods or dough.

Simple press seal closure

The one touch zipper closes instantly without impulse sealers or tape, which speeds up packing lines. Users must press the full length of the track to engage the airtight water resistant seal; incomplete pressure leaves a gap that admits moisture or dust. Bags arrive flat and require no assembly before filling.

Size and thickness constraints

Each bag measures 12 inches wide by 15 inches long excluding the zipper, limiting contents to items that fit within those dimensions. The 2.0 mil wall resists punctures from light fabrics or paper but can tear if forced over sharp edges or heavily compressed. They are not rated for vacuum sealing or prolonged liquid immersion.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 2.0 mil clear bags seal airtight after packing a shirt?

Press the zipper track firmly along the full 15 inch length; the closure clicks shut and the bag holds air when squeezed, showing the airtight, water resistant seal is engaged.

What comes in the 200 count pack and do I need anything else to start using them?

The box contains 200 clear 12 by 15 inch resealable poly bags; no impulse sealer, tape or extra accessories are required because each bag self seals with the built in zipper.

Should I choose the 200 count box or one of the other label quantities listed such as 100, 420 or 500?

The product on this page is the 200 count bag pack; the 100, 420 and 500 figures refer to separate label products, not to these zip bags, so select the 200 count option for 200 bags.
