Hard case for Samsung Galaxy Tab A (10.5)

This Speck Balance Folio hard case is designed for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (10.5) and provides 4-foot drop protection. A raised edge around the screen adds extra defence against impacts. The cover fits seamlessly into the case for a slim profile. Magnets wake or lock the screen automatically when the cover is opened or closed.

Adjustable stand with locking clasp

An adjustable stand supports reading, typing or viewing at multiple angles. A locking clasp keeps the cover securely closed during transport. The same clasp holds the cover out of the way while the tablet is in use. Magnets integrate with the tablet's sleep and wake function for seamless operation.

Purple folio for everyday protection

The purple finish gives the case a distinct look while maintaining a slim form factor. It suits users who want drop protection and a versatile stand without adding bulk. Buyers needing a keyboard attachment or additional storage slots should consider other options. The case is sold new and ready for immediate use.

Questions about this item

How do I snap the Balance Folio onto my Galaxy Tab A 10.5 without leaving the top edge loose?

Align the camera cut-out first, press the bottom corners until they click, then run your thumb along the top edge to seat the raised bezel fully.

Will the magnetic cover or locking clasp wear out and need replacing?

The magnets and clasp are built into the folio; they are not user-replaceable parts, so the whole case is replaced if either fails.

At what point does the adjustable stand become unstable during long typing sessions?

The stand holds two fixed angles; wobble appears first when the tablet is pushed back on a slick surface at the steeper angle.
