Air-compressor pressure switch 120-150 PSI

This Square D 9013FH switch controls an air compressor by opening and closing its contacts at the factory-set 120 PSI cut-in and 150 PSI cut-out points. The differential is fixed at 30 PSI and the adjustable range spans 40 to 150 PSI. A DPST contact block rated at 10 A handles motor loads up to 2 hp at 120 V single-phase, 3 hp at 240 V single-phase, 5 hp at 240 V three-phase and 1 hp at 480 V three-phase.

Verify port thread voltage and motor rating

Confirm the compressor tank has a 1/4 inch FNPS port for the single pressure connection. Check that the supply voltage matches one of the listed motor ratings — 120 V, 240 V or 480 V — and that the motor horsepower does not exceed the values shown for the corresponding phase and voltage. The NEMA 1 enclosure is intended for indoor use only, so ensure the mounting location stays within the -22 °F to 257 °F temperature range.

No unloader valve or extra accessories included

The switch ships without a built-in unloader valve, so a separate unloader must be fitted if the compressor requires one. No wiring harness, mounting hardware or configuration software is supplied in the box. Installation is limited to connecting the pressure port and wiring the DPST contacts according to the motor circuit.
