Molded-case circuit breaker rated 15 A, 600 V AC with 25 kA interrupting at 240 V AC and thermal-magnetic trip
The SQUARE D HDL36015 is a molded-case circuit breaker from the POWERPACT H series rated at 15 amps with three poles. It provides thermal-magnetic protection for three-phase AC systems up to 600 volts and DC systems up to 250 volts. The unit mounts free-standing and uses line/load lug terminals for connection.
This breaker fits installations requiring a 150-amp frame size with fixed instantaneous trip settings of 350 amps low and 750 amps high. It is not for applications that need adjustable trip curves, higher ampere ratings within the same frame, or DC voltages above 250 volts. Buyers needing different pole counts or mounting styles should look elsewhere.
Before ordering, confirm the enclosure has space for the stated height, width and depth dimensions. Ensure the existing bus or cable arrangement accepts line/load lug terminals and that the 3-pole ABC phase connection matches your panel layout. Check that the 25kA AIR rating at 240V AC meets the system’s fault-current requirements.

Yes, the breaker uses the 150 A HD frame size and standard free-standing mounting, so it matches existing HD-frame panel cut-outs and bus spacing.
The fixed thermal-magnetic trip has low and high settings of 350 A and 750 A, giving a wide separation from a 25 kA downstream device for selective coordination.
Apply a calibrated 350 A test current through each pole; the thermal element should open the contacts within the manufacturer’s time-current curve for the 15 A rating.
