Square D QO load center, grey metal enclosure, top-hinged latch cover, 12.64 by 8.91 inches

SQUARE D

SQUARE D Load Center Main Lug 100A 120/240V 6 Spaces

SKU CH-0EKY-2N1P7

A 100 A main-lug load center with six breaker spaces for 120/240 V single-phase power

  • 100 A main-lug capacity handles full residential service
  • 120/240 V single-phase supply powers standard household circuits
  • Six QO breaker spaces allow flexible branch-circuit layout
  • NEMA 3R enclosure protects against rain and sleet outdoors
  • Tin-plated aluminium bus resists corrosion for long life

SQUARE D QO Load Center 6 Spaces

This Square D QO load center provides a main-lug panel with six breaker spaces rated for 100 amps at 120/240V AC. It suits residential or light-commercial sub-panel installations where a downstream disconnect is already present. The NEMA 3R enclosure allows outdoor mounting when protected from direct water spray.

QO Breaker Compatibility and 10kA Rating

The panel accepts only Square D QO circuit breakers, including tandem models up to the six-space limit. Its short-circuit current rating is 10kA, so the available fault current at the installation point must not exceed this value. Tin-plated aluminium bus bars require compatible breakers to maintain listed performance.

Surface Mount Installation Notes

The unit measures 12.64 in height by 8.91 in width by 4 1/4 in depth and ships with a surface cover attached by a top-hinge latch. Mounting on uneven surfaces can prevent the door from latching securely. Installers must verify conductor bend radius inside the enclosure and ensure the main-lug torque values match the feeder cable size used.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 6-space or a larger load center for my project?

This unit provides 6 spaces and supports up to 6 tandem breakers for a total of 12 circuits at 100 A, 120/240 V AC.

What does the 100 A rating mean once the panel is installed?

It is the maximum continuous current the main lugs and bus can carry on a single-phase 120/240 V service.

What breaker series does the QO interface accept and what does the 10 kA rating limit?

It accepts Square D QO circuit breakers only, and the 10 kA short-circuit rating caps the available fault current the panel can safely interrupt.
