Blue nylon fork terminals accept 18-14 AWG wire, crimp to #8 studs, and come in a 100-piece pack
The Sta-Kon RB14-8F fork terminals accept 18 to 14 AWG copper wire and fit a #8 stud. Blue nylon insulation provides partial coverage and an insulation-grip barrel. Each pack contains one hundred pieces for volume wiring tasks.
Tin-plated copper contacts and a brazed seam handle up to 600 volts and a maximum operating temperature of 221 degrees Fahrenheit. Nylon insulation resists heat and chemicals during normal electrical work.
The crimp-style barrel length of 0.46 in and tongue length of 0.42 in create a secure mechanical bond that remains reliable under sustained vibration and thermal cycling. CSA certified and UL listed for code-compliant installations.

Strip the wire to match the 0.46 in barrel length, insert fully into the insulation grip barrel, and crimp with a ratchet tool; the step often missed is verifying the insulation is gripped by the barrel, not just the conductor.
Inspect the blue nylon insulation for cracking from heat near the 221 Degrees F limit and check the tin-plated copper contact for corrosion; replace any terminal showing discoloration or a loose fit on the #8 stud.
The 221 Degrees F maximum operating temperature of the nylon insulation is reached before the 600 V voltage rating becomes a concern, so monitor conductor temperature to stay below that thermal limit.
