Star Micronics RC7KB Ribbon Cartridge

The Star Micronics 30981301 RC7KB ribbon cartridge supplies black thermal-transfer ink for HSP7000 printers. It is sold in cases of 90 rolls and priced per individual roll. This cartridge replaces the earlier 30981300 part number for the same printer series.

Installation and common issues

The cartridge drops into the HSP7000 ribbon bay without tools and clicks into position. Misalignment during insertion can prevent the printer from advancing the ribbon correctly. Using a cartridge not designated for the HSP7000 will cause fitment problems and print failures.
