The STARNOONTEK OZK3 is a 2-port HDMI KVM switch that lets one keyboard, one mouse and two monitors control two computers or game consoles. It accepts HDMI and USB-C inputs from each host and provides two HDMI outputs plus USB 3.0 peripheral ports for shared devices. The unit is new and includes an IR remote for convenient switching.

HDMI 2.0 bandwidth and audio limits

Video is carried over HDMI 2.0b with HDCP 2.2, so the practical ceiling is 4K at 60 Hz or 1080p at 144 Hz; the advertised 8K at 60 Hz exceeds the interface’s rated throughput and cannot be delivered. Audio is extracted through a 3.5 mm jack with an internal DAC for stereo output. Switching is manual via front buttons, hotkeys or the remote, with a fixed 3-second auto-scan interval.

4K 60 Hz decides the fit

If your workflow requires two displays at 3840×2160 60 Hz from two hosts, this switch meets that requirement.
