Fits 23.8-inch 16:9 monitors

This privacy filter is built for 23.8-inch diagonal widescreen displays with a 16:9 aspect ratio. It serves professionals and home users who need on-screen confidentiality in shared or public spaces. The gold-standard microlouver layer narrows the visible field to a 60-degree cone centred on the user.

Upgrades from no filter or basic film

Adding this filter replaces an unprotected screen or a simple anti-glare sheet that offers no angular privacy. The jump is worth it when visual data must stay hidden from side views beyond 30 degrees off-centre. It also adds up to 51% blue-light reduction in the 380 to 480nm range for longer comfort.

Handles 57.5% light transmittance

At 57.5% transmittance the panel keeps usable brightness while the reversible glossy gold and black faces let you choose the look. Adhesive strips and mounting tabs are included for hassle-free fitting. It does not suit monitors outside the 23.8-inch 16:9 spec or users who need wider viewing angles.

Questions about this item

Will the 20.79 by 11.69 inch filter cover my 23.8 inch 16:9 monitor exactly?

Yes, the filter dimensions of 20.79x11.69 inches (52.8x29.7 cm) are made for 23.8-inch diagonal widescreen monitors with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Do the adhesive strips stay on the bezel or the glass, and how do I swap to the gold side later?

Strips mount on the bezel; tabs slide over the frame. Peel the filter off, flip it over, and re-seat it — no new adhesive required.

Will the blue-light cut still work after I clean the gold coating?

The 51% blue-light reduction in the 380-480 nm range is built into the Microlouver layer, so normal cleaning with a soft cloth does not diminish it.
