15.6in laptop backpack with removable case

The StarTech NTBKBAG156 is a nylon backpack designed to carry a laptop up to 15.6 inches in a dedicated padded sleeve. A removable accessory case sits in a separate bottom section for cables, tools or small gadgets. It suits IT professionals, commuters and travellers who want one bag for work gear and personal items.

Thermals noise and power

As a passive fabric bag it generates no heat, draws no power and makes no noise of its own. The padded back panel and shoulder straps are designed to distribute weight evenly for comfort during long carries. Ventilation channels in the padding help reduce heat build-up against the wearer.

Build fit and freedom

The main compartment opens wide with multiple pockets and sleeves to organise documents, chargers and peripherals. A top grab handle offers an alternative to shoulder carry in tight spaces. The removable case can stay in the bag or be used separately, freeing the main volume for larger items when needed.

Questions about this item

How do I install the removable accessory case into the bottom section of the backpack?

The accessory case sits in a dedicated section at the bottom of the main compartment; slide it in until it seats securely against the padded divider.

What maintenance will the nylon fabric and zippers need over time?

Spot-clean the nylon with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry; lubricate zipper teeth occasionally with a silicone stick to keep them running smoothly.

What limit appears first when the backpack is carried fully loaded for long periods?

At 1.4900 kg empty, the weight of a 15.6 in laptop plus accessories quickly becomes the limiting factor for shoulder comfort on extended commutes.
