1x3 HDBaseT Extender Kit

The ST124HDBT distributes a single HDMI source to three remote displays over CAT5e or better cable. The kit ships with a transmitter, three receivers, a universal power adapter, IR accessories and a quick start guide. It supports 4K at 30 Hz and 1080p at 60 Hz for digital signage, meeting rooms or multi-room installations.

Suits installers needing one-to-three distribution

This unit fits projects where one source must reach three separate screens up to 35 metres away for 4K or 70 metres for 1080p. It is not for buyers who need more than three outputs, who require 4K at 60 Hz, or who want fibre-based extension instead of copper cabling.

Check cabling and power before ordering

Verify that each run uses CAT5e UTP or higher and does not exceed the stated distance limits for the target resolution. Ensure a 100 to 240 V AC outlet is available for the included 24 V DC adapter, and confirm rack space for the 2.76 by 10.31 by 11.38 inch transmitter if rack mounting is planned.

Questions about this item

Which cables must I supply to connect the transmitter to the three receivers?

You need Cat 5e UTP or better cable for each of the three links between the transmitter and the receivers.

If I keep an older 1080p display, what is the maximum cable run I can use with it?

A 1080p display can be placed up to 70 m (230 ft) from the transmitter over Cat 5e or better cable.

How can I verify that the extender is delivering 4K at 30 Hz to a connected display?

Check the display’s on-screen information menu; it should report a 4K x 2K resolution at 30 Hz when the source is sending that signal.
