Premium holographic thermal labels

These 2"x2" scalloped square labels arrive in a single roll of 500 pieces with an iridescent finish that shifts colour under different lighting. They are made for direct thermal printers and require no ink, toner or ribbons to produce sharp black text and logos. The blank surface is ready for custom branding, QR codes or thank-you messages.

Waterproof coating and strong adhesive

A protective light-oil layer makes each label water, oil and scratch resistant, so prints survive refrigerated or outdoor use without smudging. The commercial-grade adhesive bonds firmly to mailers, corrugated boxes and glass. Five assorted shimmering colours are included on the roll, adding a boutique feel to every shipment.

Direct thermal printers only

The labels work with open-system direct thermal printers such as Rollo, Munbyn, Zebra and iDPRT that allow custom paper-width adjustment. They are not compatible with Dymo or Brother machines, nor with inkjet, laser or handwritten applications. Buyers who need proprietary chip rolls or pre-printed designs cannot use this product.

Questions about this item

What printer interface does the direct thermal coating require?

The labels work with open-system direct thermal printers that allow custom paper width adjustments such as Rollo, Munbyn, Zebra, and iDPRT. They are not compatible with Dymo or Brother machines that use proprietary sensor chips.

What roll dimensions and core size must the printer accept?

Each roll holds 500 labels measuring 2" x 2" (51 mm x 51 mm) with a scalloped edge. The printer must support a 2-inch wide roll and a standard core.

How do I configure the label size in the printer software?

Set the template to 2" x 2" (51 mm x 51 mm) and centre the design. The wavy edge does not reduce the printable area when the artwork is centred.
