The STEINER 538 welding screen uses transparent vinyl weighing 13 oz/sq yd in an orange tint. It measures 6 ft wide by 4 ft high with a material thickness of .36 mm. The screen attaches via grommets to a 3/4 in tube frame. It meets California Fire Marshal compliance standards.

For Fixed Workstation Shielding

This screen suits workshops needing a permanent or semi-permanent barrier around a welding station. The tube frame and grommet fastening require a supporting structure to hang or mount the panel. Buyers needing a freestanding portable curtain or a screen with a built-in frame should look elsewhere.

13 oz/sq yd Vinyl Weight

The 13 oz/sq yd material weight determines the screen's durability and resistance to abrasion and rust. This specification defines the protection level against spatter and the expected service life in industrial use. Verify this weight matches your safety requirements before purchase.
