Stinger SPXSH440 solid-state relay block with four outputs

STINGER

STINGER SPXSH440 100A Solid State Switch Hub 40A 20A 4 Outputs

SKU CH-64Z8-MA07V

A solid-state relay block with four independent outputs rated at 40A and three at 20A, totalling 100A continuous, each with thermal and short-circuit protection and LED status indicators

  • Product typeRadio
  • Solid-state design replaces multiple relays for cleaner wiring
  • Four independent outputs give flexible circuit control
  • One 40A and three 20A outputs deliver 100A combined capacity
  • Each output accepts positive or negative trigger signals
  • Thermal and short-circuit protection with LED status per output

Solid-State Switch Hub

The STINGER SPXSH440 is a solid-state relay block that consolidates four independent high-current outputs into a single unit. It replaces multiple traditional relays and reduces associated wiring complexity for automotive electrical systems.

For Custom Vehicle Wiring

Installers adding multiple high-draw accessories such as lighting, compressors or audio amplifiers can trigger each output with either a positive or negative signal. Builders who require more than four independently switched circuits or who need individual channel ratings above 40A should look at alternative distribution methods.

100A Combined Continuous Rating

The hub delivers a total of 100A continuous across one 40A output and three 20A outputs, with each channel protected by thermal overload and short-circuit safeguards. Outputs can be combined to increase amperage capability for a single load.
