Verify eligibility and existing licence coverage

Before ordering, confirm that your organisation qualifies under the GOV/EDU/Non Profit programme and that you hold a current ShadowProtect SPX Server licence for the virtual Windows instances you protect. The maintenance term aligns with a one-year contract period starting from activation.

Electronic delivery and annual renewal cycle

The licence is delivered electronically, so no physical media or shipping is involved. Activation adds a full year of maintenance to your existing subscription, ensuring continued access to product updates and vendor support without interrupting daily backup operations.
