Streamlight Stylus Pro 66118 Penlight

This compact penlight delivers 100 lumens and 950 candela with a 62m beam distance. It runs for 8 hours on two included AAA alkaline batteries. The anodised aircraft aluminium body measures 5.3 inches (134mm) and weighs 1.64 ounces (46.9g). An IPX4 water-resistant rating and 2m impact resistance suit daily carry.

Everyday carry users needing a slim.

The removable pocket clip allows secure attachment to shirts, bags or belts for quick access. IPX4 splash resistance handles rain or damp conditions. Buyers requiring higher output, rechargeable cells or a wider flood beam should consider larger models. The single white LED focuses on throw rather than area lighting.

100-lumen output with 8-hour alkaline runtime

Comfortably handles close inspection, walking paths and tool retrieval in darkness. The 62m beam reaches across rooms or down trails. Runtime drops when batteries deplete; no built-in charging or battery-level indicator exists. Output is fixed at one brightness level with no low or strobe modes.

Questions about this item

Does the Streamlight Stylus Pro 66118 come with batteries so it works right away?

Yes, it includes two AAA alkaline batteries in the box, so the 100-lumen LED is ready to run for up to 8 hours without a separate purchase.

Will the removable pocket clip still hold if I attach it to thicker tactical gear or a MOLLE strap?

The clip is designed for standard pocket edges; its grip on heavier webbing or MOLLE has not been specified, so test the fit before relying on it in the field.

How can I verify the Stylus Pro is delivering its rated 62-metre beam and 950 candela after I unbox it?

In a dark space, aim the light at a target 62 metres away; the centre spot should be clearly visible and match the 100-lumen white LED output described.
