Tests ATX, BTX and ITX power supplies with LCD voltage readouts and audible alerts for SATA, floppy, HDD, CDROM, 4-pin, 6-pin and 8-pin connectors
This device checks ATX, BTX and ITX power supplies by connecting their 24-pin, P4, P6 or P8 connectors to the tester. An LCD shows the status of each voltage rail while an audible buzzer signals normal or abnormal readings. It is built for hobbyists and technicians who need a quick functional verification of a PSU.
The tester draws its operating power directly from the supply under test, so it adds no extra load to the bench. It runs silently apart from the built-in buzzer that emits a short tone for normal voltage and a sustained tone when a rail is missing or out of range. No fan or active cooling is present on the unit.
Included jacks cover Floppy, HDD, CD-ROM, SATA, 4-pin (P4), 8-pin (Dual-CPU) and 6-pin (PCI-Express) power leads, letting you test every major output of a desktop PSU in one session. Builders who need to validate server-grade EPS12V or newer 12VHPWR cables cannot do so with this tester.

Plug the PSU 24-pin and P4, P6 or P8 connectors into the matching jacks on the tester, then power on the supply.
No periodic maintenance is needed; keep the connector pins clean and store the unit dry.
A continuous "DuDu" buzzer and flickering voltage or PG readings indicate a detected voltage outside normal limits.
