  • Compact 11-inch form factor fits standard PCI slots

SUN 375-0005 Dual Channel PCI Ultra Wide SCSI RAID

This controller provides two independent Ultra Wide SCSI channels over a standard PCI bus. It is designed for servers and workstations that need to connect multiple SCSI storage devices such as hard drives or tape libraries. The card is supplied in new condition.

Suits legacy SCSI storage arrays

Administrators maintaining older Sun or compatible systems that rely on single-ended Ultra Wide SCSI will find this dual-channel card a direct fit. Builders whose motherboards lack a conventional PCI slot cannot install this card. Users requiring RAID levels beyond the card's capability should look at other solutions.

Questions about this item

Will the 11-inch length and 6-inch height fit in my server chassis?

The card measures 11 inches long, 9 inches wide and 6 inches high; verify your chassis has a full-height PCI slot with that clearance.

What is the correct way to seat this dual-channel PCI card so both SCSI channels work?

Align the 5 V PCI edge connector, press firmly until the bracket screws line up, then secure the bracket; a partially seated card often leaves the second channel undetected.
