The SUNLU Filament Connector fuses leftover 1.75 mm spools so makers can use every gram of PLA, PETG, ABS, PA or Nylon. Heats to 185 °C in Three Minutes

At room temperature the unit reaches 185 °C in roughly three minutes and can operate up to 240 °C for higher-temperature filaments. A built-in window and display let the operator watch the splice in real time while temperature control and insulation keep the process stable. The connector weighs 143 g and draws power through a USB port.

Requires 5 V 2 A Adapter and PTFE Sleeves

The package includes 200 PTFE sleeves but no power adapter, so a 5 V 2 A source must be supplied separately. One-button operation selects the filament-specific temperature, freeing the user from manual timing. The compact splicer sits on the bench beside the printer, turning scrap lengths into continuous feed without additional hardware.
