1.75 mm PLA filament on a 1 kg spool with ±0.02 mm accuracy and a matte finish that hides layer lines
This 1 kg spool of SUNLU PLA Matte filament delivers a frosted, low-gloss finish that hides layer lines on every print. The matte surface suits models where a smooth, non-reflective appearance is preferred over shiny standard PLA. It feeds cleanly on most FDM printers thanks to tight dimensional control.
The spool measures 8.00 inches in diameter, 2.50 inches wide and has a 2.20 inch hub hole, fitting many printer mounts without adapters. Each spool is wound without knots or overlaps and sealed in a moisture-barrier bag, so the filament arrives dry and ready to load. This reduces mid-print tangles and eliminates bubble-related defects.
Dimensional accuracy holds to ±0.02 mm, giving reliable flow at nozzle temperatures of 200-230 °C and bed temperatures of 50-65 °C. Printing speeds of 50-100 mm/s work well for typical parts. The material is not suited for high-temperature applications or load-bearing mechanical components that require engineering-grade plastics.

The filament is manufactured to a ±0.02mm dimensional accuracy, which is maintained through vacuum-sealed packaging that prevents moisture absorption and diameter variation over time.
The upper nozzle temperature of 230°C and bed temperature of 65°C define the thermal envelope; exceeding these can cause heat creep or warping before any mechanical limit is reached.
The 8.00" diameter, 2.50" wide spool with a 2.20" hub hole rotates freely on most FDM printers, adding negligible vibration or heat beyond the hotend itself.
