Extra-Large Handwoven Mayan Hammock

This 156-inch wide by 90-inch deep cotton-nylon hammock offers a 625-pound capacity and a 79-inch wide bed area. The handwoven thick-cord construction provides breathable support for one or several people. It suits patios, decks, balconies, or indoor spaces.

Best for families and shared lounging

The generous dimensions and high weight limit make it ideal for couples or groups wanting a single spacious hammock. Solo sleepers who prefer a compact, lightweight rope bed or buyers needing a spreader-bar design for easier entry should consider other styles.

625-pound weight capacity

This single figure determines whether the hammock can safely hold the intended users and any extra load. Verify the combined weight of occupants stays within this limit before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Will the thick cotton-nylon cords stay cool and breathable when the hammock is left in full sun all day?

The 80 % cotton and 20 % nylon blend is handwoven with thick cord that allows air to circulate, so the bed surface remains breathable even during extended daytime use.

What must I already have to hang the 156-inch-wide hammock safely?

You need two anchor points spaced for a 15-foot span — either sturdy trees or a 15-foot hammock stand purchased separately.

Can the 625-pound capacity hammock share a 15-foot stand with older 450-pound models without overloading it?

A stand rated for 15 feet will support this hammock at its full 625-pound limit; older 450-pound models are lighter loads, so the stand handles both without issue.
