A 25 mm 5 V ball-bearing fan drawing 0.55 W, suited for routers, switches or small enclosures
The SunnyStar FD0525107B-2N is a 25 mm square, 10 mm thick micro cooler that draws 0.55 W at 5 V. Its two-wire design makes it a direct replacement for small chassis fans in routers, switches or embedded boards where space is measured in millimetres.
Verify that your device supplies a 5 V two-pin header and that the 25 mm screw pattern matches the existing cut-out. The fan uses ball bearings and has no PWM or tachometer signal, so speed control and monitoring are not available through the connector.
Under continuous load the unit maintains its rated 0.55 W draw and ball-bearing rotation without the speed dips seen in sleeve-bearing alternatives. The fixed-voltage design delivers consistent cooling for always-on network gear rather than burst-oriented CPU thermal spikes.
Measured against everything we stock in CPU Coolers & Heatsink Fans, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

The package contains the 25 mm ball-bearing fan with two-wire 5 V lead only; screws and any voltage adapter must be sourced separately.
Select the 2510 when the chassis allows only a 25 × 10 mm footprint; larger frames deliver more airflow but will not fit the same cut-out.
At 5 V the fan draws 0.55 W, providing modest airflow suited to low-heat router or switch boards rather than high-TDP CPUs.
