Portable CD Boombox with Bluetooth

The Supersonic SC-726BT RED is a top-loading boombox that plays CD, CD-R and CD-RW discs, streams audio via Bluetooth and receives AM and FM radio. Built-in stereo speakers deliver 2 × 1.5 W RMS output. A telescopic antenna, 3.5 mm AUX input and programmable 20-track memory add flexibility for home, office or travel use.

Upgrade from basic CD players or phone speakers

This unit replaces a standalone CD player, a separate clock radio and a portable Bluetooth speaker in one device. The jump is worth it when you want physical-disc playback, wireless streaming and broadcast radio without juggling multiple boxes or hunting for outlets. Battery operation with six C cells lets you move the party outdoors.

Check power and connectivity before ordering

Mains power requires a 120 V 60 Hz outlet and the supplied 150 cm AC cord. For portable use you must supply six C batteries, which are not included. Bluetooth pairing works with phones, tablets, laptops or MP3 players; verify your source device supports standard audio streaming. The 3.5 mm AUX jack accepts any line-level source.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions I need to clear for the SC-726BT RED boombox?

The unit measures 11.42 × 8.86 × 4.92 inches and weighs 2.6 lbs, so allow that footprint plus space for the top-loading lid to open fully.

How do I power the SC-726BT RED for the first time, and what step is often missed?

Plug the 150 cm AC cord into 120V 60Hz mains or insert 6 C batteries (not included); the step often missed is extending the telescopic antenna before scanning FM 87.5–108 MHz or AM 520–1710 KHz.

Which parts of the SC-726BT RED will need replacement over time?

The 6 C batteries powering DC operation will need regular replacement; the AC cord and top-loading CD mechanism have no user-serviceable intervals.
