Replacement Battery Module for IBM F840 and F900

This module replaces the original 02CL197 and 02CL030 batteries in IBM F840 and F900 storage arrays. It is intended for system administrators maintaining these specific enterprise platforms. The unit ships new and ready for installation in compatible controller enclosures. Builders working on other hardware families cannot use this part.

Direct Fit Restores Cache Protection

The battery enables the controller to preserve write-cache data during unexpected power loss events. Swapping the depleted cell restores this safeguard without firmware changes or cabling work. No additional accessories or software licences are bundled with the module. Servers lacking the matching battery bay will not accept the unit.
