WTD Gigabit 1.25G 1310nm 40km Optical Module

The Supersuperuncle RTXM191-450 is a new WTD Gigabit optical module operating at 1.25G with a 1310nm wavelength. It supports transmission distances up to 40km for compatible server and network equipment. This module suits administrators extending fibre links in data-centre or campus environments.

Installation and Common Issues

The module inserts into a standard SFP slot and locks with a bail latch for tool-free installation. Clean the fibre end-faces before connecting to avoid signal loss from contamination. Verify that the host port supports the 1.25G rate and 1310nm optics to prevent link failures. Mismatched wavelengths or distance ratings are the typical causes of deployment problems.
