Questions about this item

How much continuous power can the FSP300-60EP deliver before hitting its 300 W limit?

The unit is rated for 300 W continuous output, so sustained loads up to that level stay within specification.

What happens to fan noise and heat when the 300AB-57A runs at full load all day?

At 300 W the supply will generate more heat and the internal fan will spin faster, increasing audible noise compared with lighter loads.
