HP DL580G7 Platinum 1200W Server Power Supply

This 1200W platinum-efficiency unit is built for the HP DL580G7 server platform. It matches part numbers 570451-001 and 579229-001 for direct replacement. The supply delivers 1200 watts of continuous power to support multi-processor configurations and dense memory loads. It is intended for administrators maintaining or repairing this specific server generation.

Practical Limits of the Proprietary HP Interface

The supply uses a proprietary HP form factor and connector keyed to the DL580G7 chassis. It will not fit standard ATX or EPS server bays and cannot be adapted without custom cabling. Redundancy requires a second identical unit installed in the matching bay. Buyers needing a universal power supply or a different wattage for another platform cannot use this model.
