Supersuperuncle NPS-730AB for PowerEdge 2600

This Supersuperuncle NPS-730AB is a new replacement server power supply built for the Dell PowerEdge 2600. It matches the original NPS-730AB, 01M001 and 1M001 part numbers for direct compatibility. The unit suits administrators maintaining legacy Dell 2600 systems that require a like-for-like power module.

Installation and common issues

The supply slides into the PowerEdge 2600 bay and locks with the native latch, so no tools or cable adapters are needed. Installation fails when the chassis latch is damaged or when the system expects a redundant pair and only one module is fitted. Buyers needing hot-swap redundancy must populate both bays.
