1400W server power supply for specific chassis

The Supersuperuncle PWS-1K41F-1R delivers 1400W of power for 747TQ, 748TQ, 818TQ and 828T server chassis. It is built for administrators deploying compatible rackmount systems that require this exact form factor and output. Builders using different enclosures cannot install this unit.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

The 1400W rating defines the maximum sustained output available to the supported platforms. Cooling performance and acoustic profile are determined by the host chassis airflow design rather than the supply alone. Power draw scales with the connected server load up to the rated limit.

Questions about this item

How do I install the PWS-1K41F-1R into a 747TQ chassis and what step is often missed?

Slide the unit fully into the bay until the latch clicks, then tighten the captive retention screw; the step often missed is securing that screw, which locks the power contacts in place.

What maintenance will the PWS-1K41F-1R need after extended use in an 818TQ system?

Periodically vacuum the intake mesh and exhaust vents to prevent dust build-up; the internal fan is not user-serviceable, so cleaning the airflow path is the only routine upkeep required.
