  • 801 model code matches Super Micro Abelcom chassis specifications

Supersuperuncle PWS-801-1R 800W Redundant Server PSU

This Supersuperuncle PWS-801-1R unit delivers 800W of redundant power in a 1+1 configuration. It is designed for Super Micro server chassis that accept the Abelcom form factor. The hot-swap capability allows module replacement without system downtime. New condition ensures full operational life from installation.

Suits Super Micro servers needing 1+1 redundancy

This supply fits administrators running compatible Super Micro platforms that require 1+1 failover. It will not suit builds needing a single non-redundant unit or a different form factor. Buyers whose chassis lack the correct Abelcom bay should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the hot-swap modules in this 1+1 redundant unit need scheduled replacement?

The redundant design lets you pull one 800 W module while the other keeps the server running, so a failed unit can be swapped without downtime.

What limits continuous output when both modules share the load?

Each module is rated at 800 W, so the combined sustained ceiling is 800 W; the second unit provides redundancy, not extra capacity.
