Redundant Power Module for R1S2-5120V0V

The Supersuperuncle R1S-1120V is a 1+1 redundant power module designed for the R1S2-5120V0V platform. It provides fail-safe power delivery by pairing two units in a single assembly. This hot-swappable design ensures continuous server operation during maintenance or unexpected unit failure. It is built for enterprise environments where uptime is critical.

Suited for R1S2-5120V0V servers needing redundancy

This module suits administrators running R1S2-5120V0V systems that require 1+1 power redundancy. It is not for standalone workstations or builds lacking the matching chassis and backplane infrastructure. Buyers needing different wattage ratings or form factors should look at other server power supply categories. Compatibility is limited to the specified platform.

Questions about this item

What server chassis or backplane is required to install the R1S-1120V 1+1 redundant power module?

The module is designed for the R1S2-5120V0V platform, so it needs a compatible chassis that accepts this specific form factor and power distribution board.

Can the R1S-1120V module share a load with an older power supply already in my rack?

Redundant operation requires a matching R1S-1120V unit; mixing different models or wattages is not supported by the 1+1 architecture.
