High-Capacity Server Power Module

The Supersuperuncle R48-3000e3 is a high-frequency switching power supply module designed for server infrastructure. It delivers a 48 V DC output at up to 50 A for a total rated capacity of 3000 W. This unit suits administrators building or maintaining high-density rack environments that require reliable, high-wattage DC power.

48 V 50 A Output Compatibility

The module provides a fixed 48 V output rated at 50 A continuous current. Systems requiring a different voltage rail, higher amperage, or AC input cannot use this supply. Buyers needing redundant hot-swap frames or alternative form factors must source a different chassis solution.

Questions about this item

What does the 3000W rating mean when this module is installed in a server?

The 3000W figure is the maximum continuous output power the module can deliver at 48V, provided the chassis supplies adequate airflow and input voltage.

What interface does the R48-3000e3 use and what does it limit?

The module plugs into a standard server power-shelf backplane; that connector caps the output at 48V and 50A, which equals the 3000W rating.
