Server Power Supply for RG-PA300I AD121M24-6M1 VAPEL

This server power supply is built for the RG-PA300I AD121M24-6M1 VAPEL platform. It delivers 300 W at 121 V DC with a 24 V auxiliary rail. The unit suits COSCO switch deployments that require this exact part number. It is not intended for ATX chassis or consumer motherboards lacking the matching connector pinout and voltage rails.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The 300 W rating defines the maximum continuous output under normal server load. Cooling and acoustic performance depend on the host chassis airflow design because the supply integrates into the RG-PA300I AD121M24-6M1 VAPEL system. Input current scales with the 121 V DC source and total 300 W delivery. No independent fan-speed or temperature curves are specified for standalone operation.

Questions about this item

How is the RG-PA300I AD121M24-6M1 VAPEL server power supply installed, and which step is commonly missed?

Slide the unit into the chassis bay until the connector seats firmly, then secure the retention screw; the step often missed is tightening that screw, which keeps the 24 V output stable under vibration.

What maintenance or replacement will the RG-PA300I AD121M24-6M1 VAPEL server power supply need later?

Plan to clean the internal fan intake every 6–12 months and replace the unit after roughly five years of continuous 300 W operation to avoid degraded 121 V rail regulation.
