Lenovo P720 P520 server power supply

This 690 W unit is built as a direct replacement for the Lenovo ThinkStation P720 and P520 workstations. It fits the proprietary power bay used in those chassis and delivers the rated output through the original connector layout. Buyers maintaining or repairing either model can install it without adapter cables or chassis modification.

Verify chassis compatibility before ordering

Confirm that the workstation is a P720 or P520 and that the existing supply carries the DPS-690AB A or 54Y8980 part number. The connector pin-out and physical keying are specific to those platforms and will not mate with other Lenovo or third-party cases. Systems requiring a different wattage or form factor need a separate solution.
