Supersuperuncle DC Power Supply for IBM X3650T

This Supersuperuncle unit is a direct replacement DC power supply built for the IBM X3650T server. It matches the original FRU 42C0766 and DPS-600RB-1 part numbers. The supply is new and intended for administrators maintaining or repairing this specific rack platform.

Sustained Load Operation in the IBM X3650T

Inside the X3650T chassis the supply delivers continuous DC power to the system boards and drive backplanes. It is rated for 600 watts of output under normal operating conditions. The design handles the steady current draw of a fully populated server without the transient peaks seen in shorter benchmarks. Buyers needing redundant modules or higher wattage for other platforms should verify compatibility before purchase.

Questions about this item

How loud is the DPS-600RB-1 when it runs continuously?

The unit is a 600 W DC power supply built for the IBM X3650T server; its internal fan speed is managed by the server's thermal system, so audible output depends on chassis airflow and load.

What server model and FRU number must I already have for this DPS-600RB-1 to fit and work?

It is designed as a direct replacement for the IBM X3650T server using FRU 42C0766, so the matching chassis and backplane must already be in place.
