Open-Ear Clip-On Headset for Situational Awareness

The SuperTooth Flex uses an open-ear clip-on cuff design that rests outside the ear canal. Bluetooth 5 multipoint connects two devices at once so you can switch between a laptop and a phone without repairing. The teal finish and IPX4 water resistance suit outdoor or office use.

Suited for Commuters and Desk Workers Who Need

Runners, cyclists and open-plan office staff benefit from hearing traffic or colleagues while listening. Buyers who want active noise cancellation or deep bass isolation should look at sealed in-ear or over-ear models instead. The 12 mm dynamic drivers are tuned for clarity rather than sub-bass impact.

Charging Case and App Extend Daily Utility

The case adds 14 hours to the 7 hours in each earbud for 21 hours total playtime. The JLab app provides touch-control remapping and three EQ presets plus firmware updates. Ear cushions, the charging case and a user manual are included in the box.

Questions about this item

What does the JLab app let me customise on these Flex earbuds?

The app allows you to remap the touch controls, choose between JLab Signature, Balance and Bass Boost EQ presets or create your own sound profile, and install firmware updates when they are released.

Can I keep the earbuds paired to my laptop and phone at the same time?

Yes, Bluetooth Multipoint supports simultaneous connection to two devices so you can switch from a computer podcast to a mobile call without re-pairing.

How do I know the earbuds and case are charging correctly after I plug the case in?

Each earbud provides 7+ hours of playtime and the case adds 14+ more hours; when placed in the case the earbuds show charging status and the case LEDs indicate its own charge level.
