Questions about this item

How do I pair the T21 earbuds with the touchscreen case, and what step do people skip?

Open the case, hold the touchscreen pairing icon until it flashes, then select T21 on your device; most users forget to enable Bluetooth on the phone first

What part will need replacement first on the T21 earbuds?

The lithium-polymer batteries inside each bud and the case degrade over time; the earbud tips also wear and should be swapped when the seal loosens

What limit appears first during a long session with ANC on?

Each bud lasts up to 15 hours for music or talk with ANC active; the case adds extra charges to reach the total 40-hour rating
