Questions about this item

What neck size does the flexible U-shape neckband fit?

The flexible U-shape neckband rests on the shoulders and adjusts to most neck sizes; magnetic earbuds snap together when not in use.

How do I pair the headset via Bluetooth 5.4, and what step do users often miss?

Hold the power button until the LED flashes red and blue, then select TANKASE-i59 on the phone; the missed step is keeping the headset in pairing mode long enough.

When should I replace the ear tips, and what comes in the box for that?

Replace silicone ear tips when they lose seal or show wear; three sizes are included so you can swap to a fresh pair.
