Bank-grade MICR toner

This SuppliesMAX cartridge delivers magnetic ink character recognition output for secure cheque and barcode printing on Lexmark XS-651, XS-652, XS-654 and XS-658 series multifunction printers. It replaces OEM part numbers 24B5875-MICR, XS650H21A-MICR and 24B4899-MICR. The formulation meets banking compliance standards for automated clearing.

Sustained high-volume output

Rated at 30000 pages at .05 coverage, the cartridge maintains consistent density across long print runs without the fade that can trigger reject fees. Magnetic signal strength stays within specification from the first page to the last. Engineered for 110 V U.S.-based printers operating in continuous production environments.

Upgrade from standard black toner

Offices printing payroll, vendor cheques or negotiable documents need MICR toner; standard black cartridges cannot be read by reader-sorter equipment. The jump is worth it when a single rejected batch costs more than the price difference. Not for buyers who only print internal reports or non-negotiable documents.

Questions about this item

Does the cartridge generate extra heat or noise during long print runs?

The toner is a passive consumable; it adds no active components, so the printer's own cooling and acoustic profile stay the same.

What printer models must I already own for this cartridge to work?

It fits Lexmark XS-651, XS-652, XS-654 and XS-658 series MFPs, replacing OEM part numbers 24B5875-MICR, XS650H21A-MICR and 24B4899-MICR.

Will the magnetic toner work correctly in an older Lexmark printer I keep for backup?

Yes, as long as the backup unit is one of the listed XS-651, XS-652, XS-654 or XS-658 models; the cartridge meets the same OEM specifications for MICR output.
