SuppliesMax MICR Toner for Lexmark MX Series

This SuppliesMax cartridge is a new aftermarket MICR toner built for Lexmark MX-711, MX-810, MX-811 and MX-812 series printers. It replaces Lexmark part numbers 62D0XA0-MICR, 62D1X00-MICR, 62D0X0G-MICR, 62D2X00-MICR, 62D2X0E-MICR and 62D1X0E-MICR. The cartridge prints black magnetic toner for secure check and barcode output. It must be paired with a MICR drum unit.

45000-Page Yield at Five-Percent Coverage

The extra high yield rating of 45000 pages is measured at 0.05 coverage under standard test conditions. Magnetic toner formulation maintains consistent density across long print runs required for cheque batches. Engineered to OEM specifications, the cartridge delivers reliable feeding and fusing in supported 110V U.S.-based printers without early fade or streak defects during sustained operation.

Bank-Compliant Output Requires MICR Drum

Magnetic character recognition standards demand precise toner adhesion and signal strength that only a MICR drum can provide. Using a standard drum will produce visible prints but fails bank clearing requirements. The cartridge installs directly into compatible Lexmark models listed, but the printer must already contain or accept a MICR drum unit for valid financial documents.

Questions about this item

Does the 45000-page toner cartridge run hot or draw extra power during continuous check printing?

The cartridge itself contains no heating element or motor; heat and power draw come from the printer's fuser and engine, which are unchanged by using this MICR toner.

What other part must already be in the printer for this toner to work?

A MICR drum unit is required; the toner will not function with a standard drum.

Will this toner work in my older Lexmark MX-711DE without any firmware changes?

Yes, it is listed as compatible with the MX-711DE and the full MX-711/810/811/812 series when paired with a MICR drum.
