Compatible toner for Savin 2085DP and 2105DP

This SuppliesMAX cartridge replaces the Savin 9847 original and delivers black output for the Savin 2085DP, 2105DP and related copiers. It yields approximately 53000 pages at 5% coverage and weighs 1450 grams. The unit is built from new and recycled components in ISO 9001, ISO 9002 and ISO 14001 certified facilities and is designed for 110V machines sold in the U.S.

High-volume mono printing on supported Savin models

Offices that run the Savin 2085, 2085DP, 2105 or 2105DP and need a low-cost black toner will find this cartridge a direct fit. It is not a MICR toner, so users who require magnetic-ink character recognition for cheque printing should look elsewhere. Colour printing and machines outside the listed Savin series are not supported.

Straightforward drop-in replacement

The cartridge installs like the OEM unit; simply remove the seal and insert it into the compatible Savin copier. Because it is manufactured to OEM dimensions, alignment issues are rare. The most common problem occurs when the printer firmware does not recognise a compatible chip, which may require a restart or a manual override on the control panel.

Questions about this item

Which Savin copier models must I already own for this TYPE 81 cartridge to fit?

It fits Savin 2085, 2085DP, 2105 and 2105DP copiers that use the Savin 9847 OEM part number.

Will the 53000-page yield at 5% coverage still apply if I keep using an older Savin 2085 unit?

Yes, the stated yield is based on the cartridge design and 5% coverage, not on the copier age.

How can I confirm the cartridge is working correctly after I install it?

Print a test page; you should see crisp black output with clear contrast and no streaks.
