Two-pack black toner for Brother colour lasers

This SuppliesMax two-pack replaces the Brother TN-229 black cartridge and fits the HL-L3220, HL-L3280, HL-L3295, HL-L3300, HL-L3320, HL-L8245, MFC-L3720, MFC-L3765, MFC-L3780 and MFC-L8395 series. Each cartridge is rated at 1500 pages at 5 % coverage, giving small offices and home users a ready spare for uninterrupted printing.

Steady output over the full yield

The cartridges are built to OEM specifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities using new and recycled components. They maintain consistent density and contrast from the first page to the last, avoiding the fade or streaking that can appear when a single cartridge is pushed beyond its rated life.

Limited to 110 V Brother models

These units are designed for 110 V machines sold in the U.S. and will not operate in 220 V regions or in printers outside the listed Brother series. Buyers who need colour toner, higher-capacity black cartridges, or compatibility with non-Brother hardware must choose a different product.

Questions about this item

Does the SuppliesMax BRTTN-229-2PK toner generate extra heat or noise during long print runs?

The cartridge is a passive consumable with no moving parts, so it adds no heat or noise beyond the printer's normal operation.

Which printer models must I already own for this two-pack to work?

It fits Brother HL-L3220CDW, HL-L3280CDW, HL-L3295CDW, HL-L3300CDW, HL-L3320CDW, HL-L8245CDW, MFC-L3720CDW, MFC-L3765CDW, MFC-L3780CDW and MFC-L8395CDW.

Will the cartridge install and print correctly in an older Brother colour laser that still uses the TN-229 series?

Yes, it replaces the OEM TN-229-2PK and TN-229BK_2PK cartridges, so any supported machine that accepts those part numbers will recognise it.
