SuppliesMax MICR toner for Canon i-SENSYS LBP-3250

This SuppliesMax CNM1871B002-MICR cartridge replaces Canon 1871B002-MICR and CRG-113-MICR models. It is built for businesses that print secure checks or barcodes using magnetic toner. The unit fits Canon i-SENSYS LBP-3250 and Troy MICR P1505 series printers. It is not suited for buyers who need colour output or higher-capacity cartridges.

Thermals noise and power in normal use

As a toner cartridge it has no moving parts, fans or power draw of its own. Heat and noise come only from the host printer during operation. The magnetic toner formulation is engineered to fuse at standard laser temperatures without extra energy demand. It is not suited for environments that require liquid-ink or thermal-transfer printing methods.

What the bundled items change

The package contains a single black cartridge rated for 2000 pages at .05 coverage. No separate drum, waste bin or software utility is included. The magnetic toner enables bank-compliant MICR lines on checks and barcodes. Manufacturing follows ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards in facilities certified for 110V U.S. machines. Using this compatible cartridge does not void the printer manufacturer warranty.

Questions about this item

How do I install the CNM1871B002-MICR cartridge in my Canon i-SENSYS LBP-3250, and what step is often missed?

Open the front cover, remove the old cartridge, gently rock the new cartridge five to six times to distribute the magnetic toner evenly, pull the sealing tape straight out, then insert until it clicks; the rocking step is frequently skipped and causes faint MICR lines.

What maintenance or replacement will this MICR toner cartridge need after the 2000-page yield at .05 coverage?

Replace the cartridge once print density drops or the printer signals low toner; no separate drum or developer unit is required for this model, so the entire cartridge is swapped.

What limit appears first during sustained high-volume check printing with this 110V-compatible cartridge?

The 2000-page yield at .05 coverage is the first limit; magnetic toner depletion degrades MICR signal quality before any mechanical wear occurs.
