Compatible Drum Unit for bizhub 20/20P

The SuppliesMAX drum unit replaces Konica Minolta part A32X011 and fits bizhub 20 and bizhub 20P printers. It is a new aftermarket component built to OEM specifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities. One black cartridge is supplied per pack.

Upgrades from worn OEM drums

When the original drum reaches its rated life, print quality fades and streaks appear. This compatible unit restores crisp black output and clear contrast for up to 25000 pages at .05 coverage. The jump is worth it when the printer signals a drum replacement or output degrades.

Suits offices running bizhub 20 or 20P

Designed for 110V machines sold in the U.S., it serves everyday business and personal printing. Buyers who need colour output, higher yield, or compatibility with other Konica Minolta models should look at something else.

Questions about this item

Does this drum unit fit the Konica Minolta bizhub 20P without extra brackets?

It is a direct replacement for OEM part A32X011 and installs in the standard drum slot of the bizhub 20 and 20P with no additional hardware required.

What is the correct way to seat the DR-620 unit so the printer recognises it?

Open the front cover, pull the old drum straight out, unpack the new unit, remove the protective seal, then slide it in until it clicks firmly into place.

When will the SuppliesMAX drum need replacing after the 25000-page yield is reached?

The unit is rated for 25000 pages at 5% coverage; replace it when print quality fades or the printer displays a drum-end-of-life message.
