Compatible Toner for Copystar FS-2020D/FS-2020DN

This two-pack of black toner cartridges replaces the Copystar TK-342 and 1T02J00US0_2PK supplies. It is built for offices and home users who run Copystar FS-2020D or FS-2020DN laser printers and need a high-yield alternative to original equipment cartridges. Each unit is manufactured to OEM standards using new and recycled components in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities.

Thermals Noise and Power in Normal Use

The cartridges are designed for 110V printers sold in the U.S. and install without special tools or configuration. They operate within the printer’s existing thermal and power envelope, adding no extra noise or heat beyond normal printing cycles. Use of compatible toner does not void the machine manufacturer’s warranty.

Bundled Accessories and Software Impact

The pack contains two ready-to-install cartridges rated at 12000 pages at .05 coverage, doubling the available yield before a swap is required. No firmware, drivers or utility software are included or needed. The manufacturer provides a 30-day warranty on the cartridges themselves.

Questions about this item

How do I install the SuppliesMax COY1T02J00US0_2PK toner in my Copystar FS-2020D and what step is often missed?

Open the front cover, remove the old cartridge, gently shake the new one five to six times to distribute toner evenly, pull the sealing tape straight out, then slide the cartridge in until it clicks; the shake step is frequently skipped and can cause light prints.

What part will need replacement after the 12000-page yield is reached on these black cartridges?

Each cartridge in the 2-pack is rated for approximately 12000 pages at 5% coverage; once that yield is reached the toner cartridge itself must be replaced, as no separate drum unit is used in the FS-2020D or FS-2020DN.

What limit appears first during continuous high-volume printing with this toner?

The 12000-page yield at 5% coverage is the primary limit; sustained printing beyond that will exhaust the toner supply and require a new cartridge.
